The BMW R18 Heavy Duty was created by commission from BMW Motorrad Germany as an exceptional one-off piece, combining the custom bike expertise of Fred Kodlin with the painting artistry of Simar (Artison). The goal was to create a high-profile, attention-grabbing presentation of the R18 model series worldwide.
With a premiere in legendary Daytona, Florida, and subsequent presentations in numerous countries across the globe. It stands for a contemporary custom culture where craftsmanship, creativity, and design vision merge into an expressive overall picture.
